If you don’t already have plans, we can create a complete set of build-ready construction drawings based on your vision. Plans are developed to meet local jurisdictional requirements, and structural engineering can be incorporated when desired or required.

Once complete, your plans are yours. We believe in equipping our clients with documents they can use and update in the future.

Refinement & Finalization

We include a structured revision phase to ensure the layout and functionality meet your needs before moving forward.

Our goal during this stage is clarity — confirming scope, expectations, and overall project direction so the build phase begins with confidence.

Detailed Cost Development

After plans are finalized, we perform a thorough material takeoff and scope review.

Rather than using broad square-foot pricing, we develop a comprehensive total cost based on your design and intended level of finish. This allows us to align expectations with reality and minimize surprises later.

We provide a clear selections worksheet outlining each item that requires a decision.

Yes. We can create plans from your sketches, ideas, or even a home you’ve seen that’s similar to what you’re looking for. We’ll walk through your goals, layout preferences, and budget to develop something that fits your needs.

They can be. Depending on jurisdictional requirements and the specifics of your project, we can provide structural engineering with stamped drawings for an additional fee.
